-General Board Wide-
* Admin reserves rights to change / amend rules any time without any prior notice.
* Your opinion ( Except for non-tolerated behavior )
* Being an active poster, not just a leecher
* Do not misbehave with other members
* Using the Search function before making a post to ensure there are no duplicate posts
* Discussion on conflict issues strictly not allowed.
* Registering abusive nicks, or too long nicks may cause immediate ban
* Harsh comments, abusive language cause immediate ban
* Advertising or mentioning other board or website in any form like PM Advertising forum link posting or whatever will result in Immediate Ban.
* Post in correct sections
* Show respect to BB FALS Staff and to other Members.
* Any staff member may remove any post with or without a reason.
* Moderators make the decisions and Administrators have the final word.
* Do not mini-mod. We'd like to encourage and thank members to use the REPORT button but not add their own criticism.
* All publicly displayed messages are limited to English only. This includes posts, titles, signatures, profiles, other forms of public display.
* The BB FALS Staff are indicated by the following color code, in order of rank:
-Warning System-
* Members who disobey the rules will be warned or banned depending on what the staff member believes is the appropriate punishment.
* Members maybe warned a maximum of 5 times. On the 5th the member's account will be immediately, and possibly permanently, banned and/or suspended.
* If you believe you do not deserve the warn please contact an administrator ( hamz , Maestro , ). Talking back to the staff member who gave you the warning with no sense of respect will lead to further warnings and possibly a ban or suspension of your account.
[color="#00FF00"]Posting Etiquette (Manners)
* All topics must contain a full description.
* Treat others positively and with respect. Flaming other members or other forums will lead to a warning, possibly even a ban.
* Topics must be submitted to the relevant forums. Please read the forum descriptions before posting.
* Topic titles must be descriptive.
Example: A good example is "I Need Help With [Title Of Game]!"
A bad example is "HEEEEEELP!"
* Bumping is allowed provided that the reply has relevant information that is useful to the continuance of the topic. Short intervals of bumps is not allowed to bump the topic up onto the first page of the topic list by the same person.
Allowed: A topic discusses a news event. The topic's discussion has died but there is new striking evidence to turn thoughts around. A reply with such information that is relevant and useful is allowed.
Allowed: Requests may only be bumped once every 48 hours since the last reply.
Disallowed: A one-liner reply with the words "lol".
Disallowed: Bumping topics continuously to get them up to the first few pages.
* Double posting of the same links may lead to a warning, especially if you have your own independent topic for a set of links and yet still post the same links in related topics with the intention of gaining exposure. Also use the edit button when altering your reply if you're the last to post in the topic.
* Content of posts should not be explicit, offensive, shocking, discussions of demerit commodities or pornographic unless it is posted in an educational sense. Content which is inhumane or unethical to be viewed by ages below 13 years old is not allowed.
* No topic hijacking (Going Off Topic).
* Requesting mirrors is allowed in topics as long it is requested in a polite manner.
* When you make titles, use capital letters but not all capitals. It looks nicer.
Example:
A good example is "Anti Virus"
A bad example is "anti virus" or "ANTI VIRUS"
* All posts must use proper title tags. These tags are placed in the Topic Description. Failure to use any tags will result in a warning. Failure to use proper title tags will lead to a verbal or regular warning. If you fail to use proper tags 3 times then you will get a warning. Proper title tags use the following scheme, are accurate as to what download site the topic's download uses, and have the tag as the first item in the Topic Description.

-Spam Rules-
* If you choose to post a link it should benefit everyone and must NOT be a site of the following categories:
Web hosting. Referrals. Affiliation. Other warez forums. Sites that require registration, subscription or a fee to access. Sites that contain links that can be posted here but poster requires users to go their own links to benefit from advertising. Pay-to-click sites. Donate links for other sites. "Scams" or "Methods" to obtain free services such as a Rapidshare Premium account.
* Posting of similar messages to increase post count is not allowed.
* You may not have links advertising websites within your signature.
* Do not post links to other forums in place of an actual download link. Doing so will result in a deletion of your topic, and a warning and/or suspension.
* Do not use a fake or disposable Email address. We require the ability to contact our members, and fake and/or disposable Email addresses hinder this ability. Violators will be imeediately banned.
-Trade and Requests-
* The trade and exchange of goods and services is not allowed through the medium of money. Only bartering (trading without money) is allowed.
* You must have at least a post count of 5 before making a request, in order to request.
Those two posts must NOT be other requests, spamming, thanking, or any other post deemed by a staff member to not contribute to the site and/or community.
* The staff are not liable for any loss caused through an exchange; the person not honoring their side of the transaction would be an example of this.
-Applies On All Downloads Forums-
* If a post requires a fix ( crack, key generator, patch links or serial numbers ) to make it work, also include them in Your post
* No dead links are allowed
* Before making a post use the SEARCH function Prevent Double Posts.
* Please do not use all cap letters.
* Always Test Your Download Links Before Posting Them.
* Make sure you code tag all links in your post.
* Add Your links to existing topics ( If there are any )
* Information is crucial so always add it to Your post ( Screenshots, if available, as well )
* Always add a VALID link and a fix ( if one exists )
* Check fix-links ( viruses, worms, Trojans and browser hijackers ) before posting
* Freeware / Trial versions are also welcome
* Downloaded files are zipped so you must need WinRAR and Winzip to extract contents of files.
* You Need Adobe Acrobet Reader to read Ebooks and other PDF Files.
